RIGHT TO EDUCATION:CENTRE SHOULD SPEND THE ENTIRE EXPENDITURE SFI Kerala state committee urged the central Government to spend the entire expenditure for the implementation of the right to education Act. The education of children below 6 year age and up to +2 should be brought into purview of the act. State Government should not go ahead with the provision that 25% seats, in unaided schools which is reserved under the law, the state Government should reinburse the fees as envisaged in the provisions of right to free and compulsory education if this provision is implemented in the state, it will weaken the public education system, and speed up the commercial privatization and is against the true spirit of the law. The law should be implemented in accordance with the situation prevailed in the State. In kerala every village has a government high school or a primary school run by the state government or aided by the government. If the poor students and the under priviledged join the private school, automatically leads to downfall of public education systemand lead to commercial privatization of school education
