✥✥✥✥✥RILEY (A0970045)✥✥✥✥✥ 2 year old Riley can’t seem to catch a break. Found on the streets of Brooklyn 2 months ago, the folks who found him now are moving to NYCHA and are not allowed to take him with them. So now he’s in a cramped cage at Brooklyn ACC just sitti...ng and wondering what he ever did to end up like this. In those 2 short months, his finders say he was friendly to strangers and children, wasn’t real keen about cats and lived with other dogs. In his initial medical exam, Riley was found to be “sociable allows handling & petting”. He got all 1’s and 2’s on his behavioral exam except for a 3 on the dog-to-dog. There he rushed the new dog in the room and its hard to tell what he thought. By now, Riley has no idea what he’s supposed to do and how he’s supposed to behave. No matter how hard he tries, nothing seems to work out for him. So in answer to Riley’s dilemma, ACC has put him on tomorrow morning’s euthanasia list. And once again, young, handsome, sweet Riley needs a guardian angel to rescue him from a situation not of his own doing. He needs someone who understands how confused Riley must be, who understands that he just needs someone who will stick with him, and who can see what a great dog he really wants to be. But that guardian angel must speak up right now to Foster or Adopt Riley. Tomorrow Riley will be gone—still wondering why nothing ever works out for him!
