He took a Beatles song and turned it into a soulful classic, and I am thankful for it.-Sir Paul McCartney In 4th grade, Dino Castellano, Clay Hellner, Michael Smith, and myself sang this song(Beatles version) for a talent show with my brother John playing piano, and it created a moment in my life so very special to me. We were pretty damn good, too! To this day, whenever I hear it, I must stop everything Im doing, and Im overwhelmed with emotion, because it takes me back to a simpler time shared with my brother, God rest his soul, and great friends.
