RIP Johnny Winter. Seen him play twice, and they were probably the loudest indoor concerts Ive ever been to. I learned my lesson, and wore earplugs the 2nd time. Others pointed to my earplugs during the 2nd show, and asked (screamed at the top of their lungs!), Do you have any more? I didnt. But still, the man could play. And play well. And stayed True to the Blues his whole life. Unlike his brother, who dabbled in mainstream rock, with some success. And skinny, the dude could dive through a fence! But he could play.............
