RIVERS STATE ASSEMBLY MAYHEM ARE THEY LAWMAKERS OR LAW BREAKKERS? If those clips on TV, those fotos on d newspapers and those war films on YouTube are anything to go by, then it is safer to say that our leaders have publicly shamed us once again. I want to say that there was no big difference between the area boys at ojota park (lagos) and those executive agberos we saw on TV last Tuesday. The only difference is that those at ojota are area boys while those at the Rivers state Assembly on Tuesday are area men and area fathers. Secondly, the once we saw on Tuesday were not enjoying themselves with bottle/sachets of A LOMO drinks as usual Who is the brain behind this embarrassing free for all? Unfortunately, this thing happened right in a place where law and orderliness was supposed to be made and protected. What are they really fighting for ? who are these dishonorable members of the RSHOA?...I don’t really know their names probably because I don’t stay in my state, but who was this undertaker in light blue native dress who was bouncing like a boxer on stage and heating the man on suit with whatever comes his way? Who was this man on suit? I think is like the Governor himself has lost his moral ground because the news had it that at a point, the Governor ordered the arrest of five of those dishonorable law breakers, but he was ignored because when a leader compromises his principles, he can no longer enforce discipline. If those political mafians who were elected to speak for the ordinary people can publicly took part in that opened demonstration of administrative lawlessness then, what is the hope of an ordinary Rivers indigene? In fact what happened on Tuesday makes us to start questioning the machinery that put those people in authority. As theses events unfold itself on Tuesday, certain questions remained unanswered:-- --where were the law enforcement agents when blood was flowing on the ground? --Are those people really there to serve or to savage? --What really is the problem with the speaker and his boss? -- Who is this Evans Bipi? --who is the boss of this trained boxer in the house?
