The group recently began the recording process for their new album with producer Mark Lewis (DevilDriver, The Black Dahlia Murder). A release date and title for the outing have yet to be revealed. Soundgarden frontman/guitarist Chris Cornell will be sitting in with The Avett Brothers on tonight’s (September 30th) episode of ‘Late Night With Jimmy Fallon‘.
