He is nine years old, and is seems he was brought in by somoene not his owner-and this person didnt have enough mean things to say about this poor frightened DECLAWED cat...hisses this person stated. And ROCKY did poorly on his behavioral evalutatoin-he was defensive, but remember, this is a DECLAWED HOUSECAT who probably hasnt been in a scary place like ACC before! This is so unfair to ROCKY-hes a frightened cat with limited defenses. IF you offered to foster ROCKY, this would be a different cat altogether-with someone who actually loved and wanted him, ROCKY would be very different!
