Nakita na natin ang kakayanan ng ating butihing senador sa pagpapa unlad ng kanyang lalawigan. Isa lang ang ibig sabihin nyan. Hinog na hinog na ang ating Butihing Senador sa mas mataas na position para ang buong bayan naman ang makatikim ng tunay na kaunlaran at kaayusan sa bansa. Ang tunay na pagbabago ay pasulong at hindi paurong. Yan ang tatak Marcos.
