****ROMANIAN DEADLIFT**** This is an excellent movement if you want to tone your hamstrings and glutes, without gaining too much on your quads.... Bend the knees slightly, shins vertical, hips back and back straight...keeping your back and arms straight, use your hips to lift bar, as you exhale, to upright stance. Lower the bar, by pushing hips back, only slightly bending your knees, until bar is between knees and ankles. Repeat. Happy lifting.
