ROMANS 9:16 says it depends not on human plan or human effort but upon Gods mercy. I will ever remain grateful to God Almighty for his provision & guidance upon me who created the enabling environment which is so credible that ushered me into this earth dated November 15 (some decades back). November as a month is always known for its ubiquitous thus GREAT MEN ARE BORN ON THIS MONTH and 15 as a day is so crucial and full of multiplication each time.
