ROPE RESCUE ASSESSMENT: All of our Coastguard Rescue Officers need to train regularly in order to maintain their competencies in the various types of rescue work which we undertake eg Rope, Search, Water, Mud. These competencies are reassessed on a regular basis. These photos show members of the Coleraine Coastguard Team, with colleagues from Larne and Portmuck, being reassessed at Ramore Head Portrush on Sunday 5th October, by Senior Coastal Operations Officer Gordon Munro.
