RUBY, RUBY, WISH YOUR TALENT WAS MINE. I must confess: theres more than one reason I love Ruby Wax. Truth is: I crave her special gift for getting people to talk (and have great fun in the process). Of course, Ill never have the access to famous people she does - or the nerve to put a nurse from TVs ER to the test in a real-life, medical crisis situation. But I guess thats why Ruby gets to be on the tube while I only get to watch. Ah, well! I suppose Ive had my moments - albeit, smaller, less visual and less publicized ones. And I can still dream of the day when I land that biggest of all interviews - the one in which I get to ask Ruby herself the tough, important questions... like what her bowling average is.
