RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR “CELLULOID 13”-THE PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST - ORGANIZED BY LITERARY CLUB 1. All the participants are requested to register themselves to the contest by paying a registration fees of Rs. 10 to any of the literary club members. 2. Registrations will be opened from 30/09/2013 onwards. 3. Only one photo can be submitted by each participant. 4. All the submitted photographs will be uploaded on the official page of the club (Azeezian herald). 5. Any sort of electronic gadgets can be used ( Camera, Mobile phones, Tabs etc) for taking the snaps irrespective of their resolution or clarity. 6. Editing of the photograph is not allowed. 7. Selection of the prize winning photograph will be dependent on fecebook likes plus the scores obtained for them from the evaluation team. 8. Photograph should clearly depict the theme. 9. Captions are allowed for the photograph. 10. No descriptions are allowed. 11. All the decisions taken by the literary club will be final.
