RUPIAH BANDA URGES DR SCOTT TO SEEK GOD’S HAND FORMER PRESIDENT Rupiah Bwezani Banda has advised acting President Guy Scott to seek God’s guidance as he leads Zambia following the death of His Excellency Mr Michael Chilufya Sata, the President of the Republic of Zambia. The former head of State says leading a country at such a time calls for patience and wisdom, which is why divine guidance is always important.
