And as the U.S. continues to attack Russia and her allies with financial war, including sanctions restricting their access to the SWIFT system, on Oct. 6 the global center that facilitates currency exchanges for dollars responded to these attacks by publicly announcing they are not in favor of being used to accommodate disruptions to the free flow of currencies between any nation, and that they are not to blame for Americas use of SWIFT to wage economic warfare against another country. ~~~ Picture SWIFT is the primary global system that countries use to exchange their own currencies for U.S. dollars in order to purchase oil and other commodities on the global market. Created in 1973 in the exact year America forged the petro-dollar agreement with Saudi Arabia to force all oil transactions to be denominated in dollars, this financial system has assured the U.S. control over the global reserve currency for more than 40 years. And with Russia and China already in talks to create an alternative SWIFT system it appears that the writing is on the wall for the European based institution and they do not wish to go down without a fight. SWIFT and its stakeholders have received calls to disconnect institutions and entire countries from its network – most recently Israel and Russia. SWIFT is a neutral global cooperative company set up under Belgian law. It was established by and for its members to create a shared worldwide messaging service and a common language for international transactions. SWIFT provides services to over 10,500 financial institutions and corporations in over 200 jurisdictions around the world. SWIFT is a critical service provider to the financial industry and plays a pivotal role in supporting international commerce and trade. SWIFT regrets the pressure, as well as the surrounding media speculation, both of which risk undermining the systemic character of the services that SWIFT provides its customers around the world. As a utility with a systemic global character, it has no authority to make sanctions decisions. - SWIFT Back on September 18, the EU Parliament voted to restrict Russias access to SWIFT in light of new U.S. sanctions on Russian banks and energy companies. This move was to show a lock-step alliance with American national policy to wage economic and financial war with Russia over their occupations in Ukraine and the Crimea. Ironically however, this move occurred eight days after Russia and China began their plans to create an alternative to SWIFT, making the EUs vote almost a reactionary measure that validates the true weakness in the Western coalition. SWIFT is the centerpiece in the ongoing battle for supremacy over the current and perhaps future reserve currency, and it appears today that the international conduit for financial settlements is not happy with being caught in the middle of a geo-political proxy war. By Kenneth Schortgen Jr - National Finance Examiner On Oct. 8, China officially took over the top spot as the worlds leading economy, hurdling over a declining U.S. according to metrics and models used by the International Monetary Fund (IMF). And as the rest of the world quickly opens up their banking systems and swap lines to accommodate the Chinese Yuan and bond offerings, is the reserve currency torch about to be passed as well, as reliance and trust in the dollar continues to wane more and more each day? In 1944, delegates met in Bretton Woods, NH to discuss and vote on a new monetary system and global reserve currency. From this, and subsequent meetings in 1945, the commission would eventually assign the privilege to the United States as they were deemed to be the most stable and powerful economy in the aftermath of World War II. Additionally, U.S. held gold reserves would be the backstop for the global reserve currency, and nations could trust that the use of dollars would ensure stability and relative prosperity to their own economies. But 70 years later, the U.S. no longer has the worlds strongest economy, nor the gold reserves to back a reserve currency, and the time appears to be now for China to takeover this mantle after decades of dollar hegemony. “Sorry, America. He also alerted us in April that it was all about to happen. Basically, the method used by the IMF adjusts for purchasing power parity, explained here. So the IMF measures both GDP in market-exchange terms and in terms of purchasing power. On the purchasing-power basis, China is overtaking the US right about now and becoming the worlds biggest economy. Weve just gone past that crossover on the chart below, according to the IMF. By the end of 2014, China will make up 16.48% of the worlds purchasing-power adjusted GDP (or $17.632 trillion), and the US will make up just 16.28% (or $17.416 trillion)”: - Bloomberg In fact, Americas actual GDP may be much worse than these numbers indicate. In the past, the U.S. used to measure GDP based on actual production and output, with smaller segments of the annual number being tied to consumer spending and miscellaneous other revenue streams. However, as America transformed into a primarily consumer based economy, and industry fled Eastward or towards Mexico, additional data streams such as government and military spending were added to make the GDP appear to be continuously growing rather than declining. And even in Europe today, some EU nations are projecting consumer spending sales on booze and hookers to ensure their economies dont measure statistically as in decline or in recession. The key behind Chinas currency eventually becoming the global reserve has been its ability to float the Yuan, and find acceptability in most nations that currently accept the dollar as money. These key fundamentals have nearly been accomplished already however, as over 23 of the biggest banking systems have established swap lines to handle the Yuan internationally, and Russia has signed with China on to allow oil sales to take place in both Roubles and Yuan, thus answering the question of how to deal with the global petro-dollar system. The parameters for America becoming the keeper of the global reserve currency after World War II were its status as the worlds largest economy, and its ability to provide a global currency backed up by physical gold reserves. But 70 years since this agreement was signed and ratified, the U.S. no longer is the top economy, nor does it back its currency with gold, and there is only one nation that fits both criteria, and it will not be long before the rest of the world willingly votes with its voice or wallets to put its trust in the new top global economic power. _________________________________ 04 - Bits and Pieces Monday Morning. 10/13/2014. It should have gone over the weekend including celebrations, and there was a formal request for a couple more days… again. Everything we are hearing is that it is completed and ready to go; everything is done. Fox news came out with a report on Saturday saying “Iraq officials: PM has completed cabinet with defense and interior ministers, final with names”, and those are the names we were given over a month ago. We told you then, and now it is settled and public. HCL has also been announced formally; the Kurds wanted 17% and Abadi has agreed. That has been settled for over a month and now it is out in public. Those weren’t supposed to be announced until the actual RV and GCR is here. I got the following this morning: “Any time after the 14th, but there are bills due on the 15th and people want their money.” On Iraqi television, it says that Iraq is about to enter the world in international banking – it was supposed to happen last Thursday and then Saturday, and for sure by the 14th, which it tomorrow. “Previously we were told that voting on all matters would be completed on Sunday with formal announcement on the 14th; they are not going to make that deadline. Everything should be finished up between 14th and the 24th” according to what some people in other countries are being told. That is not what I am being told. Iraqi papers reported Kurds are on board 10%; that is in their newspapers this morning. More lower denominations are being put out, but they are pretty worthless until they have a full RI. They have put them out to convince people that full RI is around the corner, and they want people to be prepared. They do have the new rate on their cards. The rumors about Abadi being ill are unfounded. Due to his ‘illness’, Abadi will not be able to make his announcements on 14th. Right. Funny how he knew he would be ill just at that time. People are told there is NOT a delay until the midterm elections. The worst date we have heard is the 24th date, and there are too many things being done to wait until the 24th. That doesn’t make sense to me. Let’s talk about something that I’ve heard that bothered many at the weekend: that the dinar would be coming out at 86 cents. They have already loaded their cards at $3,58, so that doesn’t make sense. They had some exchanges here in the US at $3.71! So 86 cents doesn’t make sense. I didn’t expect it because of what the market did – oil went down, so they might take it down a little bit, but not down to a dollar. If it did, 30,000 people on this call KNOW that the rate in Iraq is already $3,.50+. Everyone would buy all the dinars they could because they already know it’s at $3.50 or more! If it came out at $1, I’d rush out and exchange every dinar I could, put it all into dinar reserves, and KNOW that I’d be able to exchange at more than three dollars, and I’d be on Forbes Top Ten in ten minutes. We would all be multi-millionaires in 72 hours! That’s what I would do if it came out at a dollar. These guys are smart enough to know that, and there are a lot of people smarter than I am who would do the same. Two other things: We saw an article about Abadi who complained about eight BILLION dollars missing from Maliki’s term in office. He will find out who was involved in that. In the Sunday newspaper, Stuart Boeing was in charge of tracking down the 12-14 billion dollars sent to Iraq that disappeared. He found a billion of it in a bunker in Lebanon! He knows right where it is, and OUR government wouldn’t let him get it back from that bunker. That’s in the newspaper for the whole world to see. He is questioning – he got charged with finding this money, and he turned it over to the FBI and CIA, and he was told it was off-limits! Another article said that our future as investors is in 3-D printing in The Parade. There was a girl born with a deformed arm. They didn’t want to give her a prosthetic because it would cost $60,000 every eight months. They used a desktop 3-D printer to make her an arm at a cost of $2,000. They can do that as often as needed, and that is what 3-D printing will do for us. They are already doing heart valves. Every aspect of our life will be affected by E-D printing. That will cut the costs of every industry, and you can do that in your office or garage… think how the world is about to change! The opportunity is there for entrepreneurs for the technology and for what you can create with those printers – what can be mass-produced from your own printer. The dark side has always sought to control the exchange system as one method of the enslavement of man. The money changers required worshipers to exchange their gifts (of spices, wares and precious metals etc.) to a specific form of currency for a fee. Over the ages the dark side has been hard at work controlling the barter or currency system that we know today as money. The dark side has been working most diligently at perfecting the money changer concept. Today we know it as fractional reserve banking. To put in simply, based on $1000 value of gold they issue $10,000 (or more) dollars or pounds. They charge the issuing government interest on every dollar or pound printed or created on a computer.. The current monetary system is The Money Changers on steroids! The primary examples of the fractional reserve predators are The Bank of England and The Federal Reserve. These institutions are controlled not by the government but by individuals of the dark side. You are encouraged to learn more about this system of enslavement in order to prevent it from happening again. Part of Plan 2000 by the forces of Light is to break up this monopoly game of control. This is happening before your very eyes. The financial tsunami you are witnessing is the money changers enslavement system collapsing under its own weight. The system has become so corrupt it is unable to withstand the Light of day. Basel II and III banking protocols are being instituted which force the banks and financial institutions to open their dark books to the Light. The result is what you can read about in your news sources today...total failure. This is part of a grand design to release humanity from the strangle hold of a corrupt financial system designed to maintain total control. Just ponder for a moment on how money and the current form of barter affects every aspect of your life! There are many elements to Plan 2000.
