That’s why I could swim and keep pace easier than usual and also my arms could stroke economically. I didn’t expect that I can swim that quickly. Probably my swimming training could pay off. Bike In this part, I fully realized that endurance is really important. On halfway, my neck, back and also butt gradually became painful. In addition, on the way to the turnaround point wind blew in front of me. Even though I could pedal such speed averaged 36kph, it was really tough to keep that speed and thus it made me exhaust my energy for the next part. Run As you can see from the result, I couldn’t keep constant speed rather my speed dropped dramatically! At the beginning of running, I had a dull pain in my both thigh. So I tried not to cause cramp that’s why speed was really slow pace. Furthermore, at that time, temperature rose and the sun light also became stronger. It made me more tired and I got thirsty rapidly. I tried to concentrate on crossing a finish line without stopping and I could do that. As a whole, although each part was really hard, I felt the race was really short and finished sooner than I expected. It was a really productive race.
