Race fans, understand the difference in penalties here... what REALLY was penalized with MWR was NOT the Bowyer spin, but instead it was the very damning Vickers/Norris audio. THAT is why they are fined and docked points. NOTHING had to do with the Bowyer spin and NASCAR admitted there was not conclusive enough evidence in that particular incident. Same here with the 22 and 38... evidence was somewhat there, enough to do something, but again not damning enough to fine money or dock points. People are getting confused there. Just wanted to clarify there IS a difference. #nascar
