Rachel visit today ....... Her dressing has been off all week which is a tad annoying cos the one I put on should have brought down the over-granulation ....... anyway, it is a raised scab, some reddening and two little satellite skin breaks ...... and incredibly dry ...... Jaja not around and Rachel wasnt in school either ....... but Rachel was ok today in herself, school fees paid (Thankyou so much uncle Danny Bee) and will try and get back at the end of the week ...... and if Jaja is not moisturising Rachel I might just have to have a paddy .......
