Rack N Road is Hiring! Rack N Road is looking for a few hard working, outdoor and automotive loving individuals, for a variety of positions in all of our stores. We have open positions in Sales, Customer Service and Product Installations. For our installation positions: Previous experience installing automotive accessories, specifically Trailer Hitches and/or car rack systems, preferred but not mandatory if you have experience with tools and autos. For all positions: Prior sales and customer service experience strongly preferred but not required if you are willing to learn. A positive attitude and great customer service skills are a must. We look for someone who is: Self motivated, a people person, and has a great work ethic. Love for the outdoors and/or cars are a plus. Flexible hours are available. Some weekend work required.
