Rail Administrator £neg + Health Care & Cash Plan + Life Assurance (after probation) As one of the fastest growing companies within the rail sector, we are looking to recruit an experienced rail administrator to join our Training & Compliance team. The team manage all of the groups accreditations including Link Up, ISO 9001, NSARE and Equality Assured, continually reviewing and improving processes, systems and procedures to ensure that they keep in line with the growth plan. In addition the team manage all HSQE reporting and investigations, supporting the HSQE Professional Head, along with managing the competency matrix for training and development for circa 400 staff and workers through Network Rail’s Sentinel data base and in-house IT systems. You will be proficient with Microsoft Office with excellent communication skills (verbally and written) and confidence to deal with staff, contractors, clients and accreditation bodies. Experience within the rail sector will be preferred along with a ‘Can Do’ attitude where customer service is paramount in all that we do. The office is based close to Birmingham City Centre with excellent access by road or rail public transport.
