Rainy season has truly set in. Enjoy the weather but do remember a few things. 1. The Sun has not stopped rising in the east each morning. Although "dhoop" nahi hai but sunlight is very much there and the UV light is just marginally less. So sun protection remains the same whether it is cloud, rain or shine. 2. Moisture helps in growth of bacteria and fungus. So dry the skin thoroughly but gently after bathing or when you get wet in the rain. When at home wear lose fitting clothes that allow air circulation over the skin. Jeans are best avoided.
