The team now await final instructions on the management for the start of pre-season training which is likley to be held in Navi Mumbai. “We came with a plan and executed it,” exclaimed a visibly pleased co-owner Bimal Parekh. Concluding the interview, technical director for the Mumbai franchise Nishant Mehra revealed, “We targeted a mix of experience and youth, which we were able to sign. On paper the team looks good, but we will have to deliver on the field of play.”
