Random gratitude post for my body lol I love my legs. I spend so much time fixing what is wrong that I dont appreciate what is great about my body. I love my legs.. The shape,length,the strength,they function normally & take me where I need to go. Gratitude meditations are wonderful.You can start from head to toes or toes to head.Just bring your attention & awareness to a part of your body & name off what youre thankful for about that part, or you can just feel the body part & feel gratitude towards your body and move your awareness up or down until youve expressed gratitude for every part of your being.We put our bodies through a lot every day & dont give it the credit it deserves with everything it does or helps us achieve daily. I love my legs.
