Random observations made during my current sojourn in Quebec (in no particular order): - The Quebec Provincial Police are very friendly. (Thanks for ignoring that small violation of your speed limit.) - Montreal is one of the coolest cities on the planet. (And yet its not even the coolest city in the province. That would be Quebec City. Hands down.) - Seeing a game at the Bell Centre made me forget about nostalgia for the Montreal Forum. What a fantastic venue! - The Oilers cant be a dumpster fire forever, can they? (Nice win the other night.) - A question: Why cant we get good croissants in the States? - Tim Hortons is owned by Wendys now. WTF? - I could live here. Oh, man could I ever live here... - I still cant get used to Canadian money. - Now I know why BlackBerry is still popular in Canada. Rogers cell service sucks when used in conjunction with an iPhone or Android. Weird. - Im staying at the hotel where John and Yoko had their bed in in 1969. All we are saying, is give peace a chance.
