((Random tip from me: When I actually saw a counselor for my depression, she told me that shading helped with taking away stress. I got a lot of stress-related headaches at that time, but that was also part of my depression. Anyways, shading does help relax you if you do it for even a little bit. I actually had to do it for a while when I was studying today because I was getting stressed out over the little things. //and my eyes are still burning from crying earlier, which doesnt help at all.)) ☀︎Admin Sunshine☀︎
