Randy was saved mins before EU. To save his life, he had to be placed into boarding where he was fully vetted. Now, his health is good, but he remains very afraid of everything!! And when he is scared, he pees! We will never know exactly how he was abused to make him this way, but he has got a chance to get into a loving home that will help him overcome his past!! HOWEVER, that home is not just ...around the corner, or down the road, but all the way across country!! He has all the connections he needs to make this happen now.....except.....you guessed it....$$$$.
