Rant. I had dinner at Davids Restaurant a week or so ago and was unhappy with the service and the time that it took to get our meal served. I complained to the Manager and he apologized that I was unhappy. That was the end of that. Well, just about five minutes ago he called me and was extremely confrontational about a review that he said that I wrote on Trip Adviser. He was rude, aggressive and said that he reviewed the security tape of the amount of time that we had to wait for our food...he said that it didnt take an hour...it only took 50 minutes..as if 50 minutes is a reasonable time to get get your meal once it is ordered. What kind of Manager calls your home and gets confrontational about a review in Trip Adviser. At one point he was actually yelling at me. Well, if I was a little unhappy when I left Davids the other night, it is nothing like the dissatisfaction that I feel now. He needs a sensitivity class before they loose more customers. Wont be going back!!!!!
