*Rant* Its my personal belief that Yoga and Pilates are essentially for the weak. I believe it helps with range of motion and flexibility but does little to change the practitioners body or performance after a short adaptation period. (Id prefer a dynamic stretch and foam roller any day) I believe the lifestyle change the yogi experiences is the true cause behind their new found body. I would never train my Bikini or Figure competitors for a show with Yoga or Pilates. The NFL doesnt do Yoga or Pilates during the combine to determine the best athlete. If you wish to look better and be stronger....cut the shit and lift. I.E. It would take me a week (maybe a little less or a little longer) to do a handstand? It would take me years to bench 500 Lbs. (Both are the standards for determining an expert right?) GARBAGE
