Rant: Martinez, U-turn Capital of California? Ive lived in a number of different East Bay cities in my life, but Ive never seen a city that seemingly has a secret feel free to do a U-turn just wherever the hell youd like ordinance. It doesnt seem to matter location or time of day, if Im driving somewhere in town I will inevitably see someone doing a dangerous, traffic blocking, aint no one else in the world but me U-turn.
