Rant over, I feel better!! Now for you appreciative people... Here are MY most BASIC tips to follow to LOSE WEIGHT >>> • Eat Protein every 3hrs • Drink 2L Water a day • Perform 30min cardio on Empty Stomach 3 times per week • Eat Clean - Avoid Fast convenient & packaged food • Be prepared and organised with your meals • Avoid Sugar!! (Including Natural Sources ie. Honey & Fruit) • Avoid Carbs within 6hrs of bed • Get Active These are small changes that EVERYONE can make without excuses. No gym required, special diet, stress or time consuming. Simple really :)
