Rant time. For starters my cable and wifi were supposed to be in last Friday. Well here it is Wednesday and its just now delivered. When signing up the guy told us that it was a super easy installation. Zach leaves for work so Im left to do it by myself. After spending almost an hour and having no success on even turning the box on I called customer service. There I was connected with a lady I couldnt even understand. I ended up yelling at her to learn English then hanging up. I never thought setting up internet and cable could be so complicated. Now doing what I should have done in the beginning. Calling Mommy to the rescue. #ihatetechnology #ithatesmetoo
