Rantings of a mad man. *Dr.* Phillip Mozart Thomas: Thank you very much graciously Mr. Allan A Fenty for having me here on this programme (a programme which I paid for and for which I am paying you to host and on which I have duped Enrico Woolford and Margaret Lawrence into appearing) to offer to the wider society, to the Guyanese society, who I am in particular, or to re-introduce myself as you had said and also to give an indept perspective on GNCPP or which is known as the Guyana National Counsel on Public Policy. Am today I am extremely elated and to have this opportunity to present to you the Guyanese public at large a forum, a platform, an institution, an organization that can stand within the sovereign system here in Guyana, stand as citizens on the supply side of the sovereign system against the political system on the demand side to ensure that we have the kind of governance of this country and the management of the resources that our founding parents or fathers have brought us in the independence that they have brought us and the republic for which we now stand.
