Raspberry kisses slices base: 220g butter 60g icing sugar sifted 1L EGG beaten 280g plain flour sifted topping: 200g caster sugar 3M EGG Grated zest of 2 lemons 120ml lemon juice 1tsp bking powder 60g plain flour 250g fresh cherries or raspberry or other berries pitted and halved 10g plain flour 25 cm x 30cm slice tin. METHOD: 1.preaheat oven to 180C 2.grease and line the baking tin 3. Cream the butter and sugar until light and fuffly add 1 egg 4.fold in sifted flour.press into the base of the prepared tin. 5.bake at 180C FOR 15mins. 6.to prepare the topping beat together the sugar egg lemon zest and lemö juice. P fold in bking powder and flour. 7.when the base is bakf . Arrange the cherries evenly and pouq the lemon egg mixture ove the top. 8.bake for onather 25mins or until the surface is golden brown. 9.when cool ice with the cheese frosting and decorate with pitted cherries cheese frosting 250g cream cheese at room temprature 80g butter r00m temprature 400g icing sugar sifted 80ml lemön juice zest of 1 lemon method: 1.
