Rat EMERGENCY!! We had a loose rat in the house, not any of ours either I noticed it in our mud room. My family set a trap, a snap trap.. I was playing with the girls in the room (Rat room) and I heard the snap.. I look up on the shelf to see the guy trying hard to get out, it didnt kill him. I took down the trap and let him out, needless to say the bugger ran but was in the rat room so couldnt get out. I let him rest a few moments before picking him up, he has a bad URI. That I can treat, but feeling his arms I felt something move and it felt wrong. I let him walk and saw him limp, he must be in pain because its the shoulder blade its self. How can I help? Will it heal on its own? Should I put him down? A vet is Not an option, with family issues I have no car and cant bus it to the vets location. Please give me some help as I feel horrible, please no bad comments as Im trying to save the little guy..
