Tonight I used it to make a brine for some pork chops. Standard brine plus a tablespoon of sugar, tblsp of cracked peppercorns and 5 crushed cloves of garlic. Brined for about 4 hours, grilled, brushed with a little hoisin thinned with soy sauce. Awesome.
