Alfalfa Sprouts with Chinese Cabbage Wow, Alfalfa Sprouts are so preettttyyyyy Smoky Mushroom Miso Sauce 1 1/8 cup of Peeled, Chopped & Stems Removed Button Mushrooms 1 tsp Lemon Juice 4 tsp Dark Miso 1 tsp Bragg’s a Pinch of Salt ¼ – ½ tsp Liquid Smoke* 2 tsp Olive Oil 1 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil** 2 tsp Honey 1 tsp chopped Sand Ginger (Otherwise known as Aromatic Ginger or Kencur)*** 1 tbsp Chopped Onions ¼ cup Water *Depending on how much you like the taste of liquid smoke, use accordingly. Personally I love it so I go with ½ tsp but it’s quite strong so I suggest if you’ve never tried it before use ¼ tsp and see how you like it. Also not Raw (see below). **Obviously not Raw, but a tiny amount of a cooked ingredient can make a huge difference in flavor. Adjust accordingly. Process Blend all Smoky Mushroom Miso Sauce Ingredients until smooth. Mix all Tango Ingredients well in a bowl. Put some Alfalfa Sprouts in a Chinese Cabbage Leaf. Add Tango on top and follow with Smoky Mushroom Miso Sauce.
