Raymonds 250th committee just received this offer--> Hello, My name is Holly and I am a Producer with the renowned series, Ghost Hunters, airing on SyFy. I am in the early stages of researching potential locations for filming and wanted to reach out to you about your town. I saw that your town is celebrating its 250th Anniversary this year! That is very impressive and I think in honor of your town turning 250 it might be fun to try and work together on an episode of Ghost Hunters! Are there any locations in town that are rumored to be haunted? If so, I would love to discuss this opportunity with you! Our show has a HUGE following with over 2million viewers per episode. Often times when we film at a location, after the show airs the place is all of a sudden booming with business! A little about the show… Ghost Hunters is an incredible successful paranormal series in its 10th season. The show has very high ratings and reaches over 2.2 million viewers! The show focuses on a well known paranormal team named TAPS (The Atlantic Paranormal Society) as they travel across the country to a wide range of haunted locations. Their mission is to help people deal with and get to the bottom of unexplained and persistent activity at those sites, including families who have experienced threatening occurrences in their homes. TAPS investigates a multitude of locations including private residences, castles, penitentiaries, asylums, museums, historic sites, ships and forts. TAPS uses state of the art devices to either debunk or confirm whether claims are valid or not. They also try to determine who or what could be behind people’s unnerving experiences, taking into account that locations history. The team focuses on hard science and does not utilize any sensational techniques such as dramatization, psychics, or re-enactments while investigating. A typical Ghost Hunters shoot takes place over 4-5days, with the majority of the shooting done at the end of the day into the evening. All findings are presented to the client in the days following the investigation.
