Rayo Vallecano v Athletic Bilbao // Tip Away Win Rayo Vallecano have little to lose and much to gain as they lie in 9th place with 13 wins, 4 draws and 18 defeats. After enduring a poor start to the season which saw them lose six out of the first seven games, they came back steadily on a winning run. In the last ten rounds they lost only once to Real Madrid and in their last four matches they played excellently in which they won three times, they recently thrashed Granada 0-3 at their home and previously demolished Real Betis 3-1. However tonight they are missing Jonathan, Nery Castillo and Jose Carlos who are all injured, also Razvan Rat is suspended. Bilbao are in 4th place with 19 wins, 8 draws and 8 losses, in their last five away matches they won once, drew three times and lost once, and last weekend they defeated Sevilla; that moved them to fourth place. Bilbao can be very dangerous playing away, in their previous matches at Camp Nou they had a early lead but could not endure to Barcelonas pressure till the end and therefore lost on 2-1. But they are desperately in need of points to keep in the Champions League. However they will be without Iker Muniain who serves one match suspension after picking yellow card against Sevilla last weekend. I expect a very interesting game, because Athletic Bilbao needs more points to secure the 4th place where as Rayo vallecano is in a safe place and have nothing to loose.
