Re: The so call immigration recruitment exercise..it has come to the notice of some Nigerians that the ministry of interior has failed this country regarding recruitment exercises in the Nigeria civil Defence corp, Nigeria custom services , Nigeria immigration service and The Nigeria prisons which fall under the interior ministry.over the yrs they ve nt been able to adapt a new method of shortisting its candidates, it has always been the numbers of casualties of young unemployed Nigerians recorded why??? Are they the sacrificial lam for the ministry to retain its glory? The last recruitment casualties were nt as high as this, meaning if we keep quite about the prevailing circumstance it will keep increasing, it is nt a plus to the government.Hereby suggest ; (1) That the ministry shld nt be involve in any recruitment exercise again .. (2) The exercise shld be in batches such as ;wk (A) secondary school leavers, wknd (B) OND , wk (C) HND & Bsc.etc. (3) The exercise shld be coordinated through each states by the recruitment firm or organisation.But not a Nigeria firm. (4) The best and physically fit shld be enlisted. (5) There shld be a replacement by the federal government from the families of those that lost their lives in compensation. (6) The minister of interior shld be swap and a new minister from another ministry to complete the exercise. (7) The federal government shld send a high power delegates to the deceased families. Let me use this opportunity to condole with the families of those that lost their lives, I pray God to grant their souls enternal rest.
