Re: Tropical Storm Andrea We are only 1 week into the official hurricane season, and it looks like we are in store for our first storm of the season this week. We are expected to feel the impact of tropical Storm Andrea starting sometime late morning tomorrow. This storm has the potential to bring 45 mile an hour winds, as well as up to 3" of rain before it starts to leave the area sometime Saturday afternoon. Please make sure that you have secured any loose items on your balconies and remove any items that could get blown away by the wind. This would include any umbrellas, patio furniture, personal items, etc. Make sure that all windows and doors are closed and secured. Thank you in advance for your immediate cooperation. This combination of wind and rain can lead to power outages. Power is provided to this property by NStar Electric. It is possible to lose power to one part of the property and not another. Power will be restored as fast as NStar can keep up with the power lines. Equity does not provide this power we only pay for the service. The number for NSTAR is 1-800-592-2000.
