Re: dehydration: one common question asked at Rampart when evaluating a patient for dehydration: when was the last time you peed? Especially at Burning Man, if youre not peeing once at least every 2-4 hours, you are absolutely on your way to being dehydrated (or already are). If you cant remember, Id immediately down a couple of cups. If you end up vomiting that, IMHO, you can try to sip 3-4 cups weakly mixed sports drink solution over the course of an 60-90 minutes. If that doesnt work (or you still feel awful) cut to the chase and go to Rampart near Center Camp and get evaluated for IV fluids.
