Re-wrote my business philosophy. Old document was getting too long with each added entry, so I took up my colleagues suggestion to condense the material. We believe anything is possible.We relentlessly make moves to create value and impact positive change. Profit is an essential means to achieve our vision but not the ultimate goal. 2. We pursue happiness. We believe every person is on a personal journey on the pursuit of happiness. Therefore, we respect every colleague’s dignity equally and reflect this in our work environment. Leaders are roles of decision making, not titles of seniority. 3. We ask the right questions. We believe leading with questions and not answers is the key to success. We focus on essence and meaning for insight, and always start with why to find our direction. 4. We don’t set limits. We set the highest standards of professionalism and achievement for ourselves. We keep a sense of urgency, as we are not happy staying at the status quo. Change is the only constant. 5. We are not afraid to think differently. We believe professionalism is not about form or manner, but an attitude. We believe in finding ways to achieve two seemingly contradictory but important qualities such as responsibility and freedom; profit and vision. 6. We work smart. We believe working smart is the key to maximizing productivity. We set clear priorities and focus on the most important issues. We believe in testing many new ideas as lean as possible, and focusing on learning insight from every effort. Our focus begins with the customer because customers pay our employees who pay our shareholders. 7. We value right communication. We believe in openly expressing our opinion and challenging other’s ideas. We believe healthy debates lead to the best decisions, and decisions should be followed by the entire team. We give one another honest feedback, and assist each other’s growth and development. We believe professional communication should be based on logic and not emotions. We believe in over-communication. 8. We treat others as we would like to be treated. Mutual respect and consideration is in the core of our relationships. We stay humble and real to each other. 9. We love having fun. We believe that the place where you spend the most amount of time should not be boring, painful or lower your self-esteem. We love enjoying life and welcome a bit of craziness. 10. We believe in being fearless. We embrace the fact that failure and hardships are necessary in the path to success. We remain resilient by confronting the brutal facts, while retaining faith and optimism in the long run. We act first, think later. We always stay positive, and carry on with achieving our vision.
