"...what he had every reason to believe was a man with a gun." and what specific evidence did he have you ask, leading him to believe this was an unreasonably violent kid. He was black skinned. And because of that, no charges filed whatsoever. i.e. he was completely with in his rights to break into the house with out a warrant (improper search, disregarding due process, not allowing him to be secure in his person) and shoot him in the bathroom of his grandmothers home But racism is definitely dead. and they wonder why we shoot first. because regardless of when they kill us no one gives a damn. Constitutional rights violated: 5th:nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law 14th:nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. 4th:The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. 8th: nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted. but the cop had to defend himself against the unarmed black youth because he was a a child but the youth as a young god. You are afraid because you know the black man is god amongst boys. Admit it. I would be afraid if I were a rat in a lions den too.
