*Read something interesting in the New Paper report on the Court of Appeal declaration that PM has to call for election if a seat is vacated. TNP said there was a clause in our constitution that was deleted in 1965 after Pap came into power. The deleted clause said that "an election shall be called in 3 month" when a seat is vacated. Devious move that has given the G much latitude and enabled them to declare there is no predetermined time frame to call for byelection.
