Read this email we received today: Shawn - Just a note to let you know how pleased we are with the work Tom and Bob did on our tree today. As we spoke last week, we had talked to numerous landscapers about the tree trimming but didnt feel comfortable with any of them. We had recommendations from total removal to scalping the whole tree because it didnt look like a city tree. (What the heck is a city tree look?) As you also know, it was me more so than Jerry who was hesitant about having the tree trimmed. I really appreciated how Tom and Bob handled the whole situation. They asked for my input; my overall desire for the look; my concerns etc. I also appreciated their professional advise on what limbs should be removed. They also did the trimming in steps getting my approval before moving on to the next step and additional removal. They did an excellent job. Drive by some day and look at the great look they achieved. We will definitely be using your company again for some additional jobs we want done.
