Read this twice :-D Another fundamental is the ability to read with comprehension and to write clearly and correctly.... I cant emphasize enough that both of these skills are extremely important. I am not a picky person when it comes to spelling and grammer, but when I see a report or memo that repeated errors I immediately question the ability and dedication of the person who wrote it. Why didnt they take the time and effort to do it right? Most of the successful engineers I know write clear, well - organized memos and reports.
