***Reader Has A Question*** NO BASHING!!! Step Mama drama!!!! My exs wife and I recently got into it. My son had gotten in trouble at school for excessively talking in class and losing his daily folder. My son also has ADHD his step mom comes and picks him up every Thursday and every other weekend. His biological hardly sees him because he works out of state. Well when I received that call from my sons teacher I called the step mom and asked if she was going to pick up my son for the weekend. She said yes but if I had plans than she wouldnt mind missing a weekend. I said well yes because I just got a call from my sons teacher and he is going to be grounded. She asked what happened I explained to her. Than she took it up on herself to email the teacher to set up a conference meeting. After the meeting was set up she text me saying Oh I just set up a conference meeting with the teacher at 1:15 youre more than welcome to come. I was pissed and I said excuse me please dont take this out of context but your really trying step over your boundaries here. You are his step mom Im his biological mom he resides here with me and I have full sole custody of him. I then called the principle and told her how I didnt appreciate her teacher setting a conference with my sons step mom. She agreed and called the step mom to cancel that conference. She said if the father was here it would be fine but since hes not she couldnt set the conference. All hell hit the roof and she called me and started yelling at me. I truly believe shes out to make me seem like Im a bad parent. She shares the same last name as my son because shes married to his dad. I think she wants a family with my ex that she cant have. Help me was I in the wrong?
