***Reader Needs Advice*** NO BASHING!!! Ive always been a loner, the amount of people I trust could easily be counted on one hand, a couple family members, my husband, and the little boy who came out of my hoohah. So it was unlikely that Id meet a instant bestfriend while working the graveyard shift at a truckstop. But thats what happened. She would come in to use the phone, and wed end up hanging out for hours. She said her daughter took her cell, so she needed to use mine to call her bf. One of my nights off she asked me to ride with her to the oilfield he worked at, since it was late, and a hour+ drive. I went, we all hung out for a while, I thought they made a cute couple. I ended up going to breakfast with a couple oilfield wives and thier hubs, to let them have some alone time. One of the wives ended up telling me that he was married, and my friend has known all along. How she lets him shower her with his hard earned cash instead of sending it home to his wife and kids. This didnt set well with me. I confronted her on the way back. She confirmed it was true, and even told me she used the stores and my own phone, because his wife was getting suspisous of hers. Now tell me, would I be wrong for letting her go as a friend for this? Could I ever trust her after knowing this? She has not yet been around my fam, and now i dont know if id be comfortable with it. I just feel if she could do it to this family, whats stop her from doing it to mine? Am I being too cautious, or judgemental?
