Reader Question from Baley: Not HSing yet, but am sure I want to/need to but struggling with giving up my income (and possibly my sanity). Scared about staying home, leery of the great responsibility...Also, wondering about the pros/cons of HS versus private school (I already know were not sending our kids to public school). I have a 3.5 year old currently in a private preschool. (husband just got a decent paying job but I cant quit till we pay off a lot of debt and buy a house). Thoughts? Encouragement? I want to know that HS will be worth it over private school.
