Before I visit an Imam (as) I always read such narrations: روي عن الصادق عليه السلام عن آبائه عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله إنه قال: من زار عليا بعد وفاته فله الجنة Narrated on authority of Al-Sādīq (a), from his forefathers (a), from the Messenger of Allah (saws), he said: He who visits Ali after his passing will obtain paradise.
